Curatorial & Design Internship
BROWNE ART is seeking scholars and recent graduates in art history, fine arts, or related fields who are passionate about contemporary art and art education. This educational internship offers the opportunity to deepen knowledge of contemporary curatorial practice while learning how a commercial gallery engages, educates, and builds relationships with artists, collectors, and the public.
Throughout the internship, participants will work closely with Director and Chief Curator Jovian Browne, learning from her interdisciplinary and audience-centered approach to curation, as well as her techniques to foster high-value visitor interactions that are warm and substantive.
